留学生工作许可：校内工作

你可以在你现在就学的机构，参加校园工作，这无需工作许可。但必须满足下列条件：

  1. 你必须是全日制学生：
    1. 公立专后教育机构，如学院，大学或魁北克的大专院校（CEGEP）
    2. 私立专后教育机构，依照公立学院的规制办学，有50%以上的学院运作基金来自政府（一般指魁北克的私立大专院校）
    3. 加拿大私立教育机构，依省内法律准予授予学位
  2. 有合法的学习许可

You may work on campus at the institution where you study without a work permit if:

  1. you are a full-time student at:
    1. a public post-secondary institution, such as a college or university, or a collège d’enseignement général et professionnel (CEGEP) in Quebec
    2. a private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as a public institution, and receives at least 50 percent of its financing for its overall operations from government grants (currently only private college-level educational institutions in Quebec qualify) or
    3. a Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees and
  2. you have a valid study permit.
