3131 加拿大药剂师的职责概述

They are employed in pharmaceutical companies and government departments and agencies.

3131 加拿大药剂师的主要职责 Main duties

A 社区药剂师和医院药剂师应履行下列部分或全部职责： Community pharmacists and hospital pharmacists perform some or all of the following duties:

• 检查处方剂量 Check prescriptions for proper dosage

• 通过计算和测定的数据以及需要的药物和其他成分，通过容器来混合正确数量的处方药品 Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring and mixing the quantities of drugs and other ingredients required and filling appropriate containers with correct quantity

• 为客户或者其他医疗保健专业人士分配规定的药品，并就适应症、禁忌，不良反应和药物的相互作用和用药剂量为他们提供建议 Dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals to customers or to other health care professionals and advise them on indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage

• 需要有药剂学学士学位 A bachelor of science degree in pharmacy is required.

• 需要有在药剂师监督指导下的实习训练经历 Pharmacists also require practical training under the supervision of a pharmacist.

• 所有省级、地方的社区药剂师和医院药剂师，都需要有相关的许可证 Licensure is required in all provinces and territories for community and hospital pharmacists.
