A 行政主厨应履行下列部分或全部职责: Executive chefs perform some or all of the following duties:

• 负责企划并指导餐馆、餐饮连锁店、医院或其他食品服务机构中多个餐厅的食材准备和烹饪环节 Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants in an establishment, restaurant chains, hospitals or other establishments with food services

• 通常要求中学文化程度 Completion of secondary school is usually required.

• 要求厨师具备在各省和地区都有效的技工证书或具有同等效力的证书、培训经历或工作经验 Cook’s trade certification, which is available in all provinces and territories, or equivalent credentials, training and experience, are required.
