我目前正准备申请BC PNP的初级技术移民。我现在是前台经理，已经工作10个月。我感觉我满足省提名的要求。不过，别人对我说，你必须是以LMO进入加拿大的签证，才能申请。也有人说，我不需要。请告诉我，事实是如何呢？

答：
No. You don’t need LMO.
你不需要LMO，就可以申请BC PNP的初级技术移民。有下面BCPNP办公室的Email为证。

亲爱的XX，

欲申请BCPNP中初级技术移民之前，你必须连续在加拿大BC省全职工作９个月。你可以是“假日工卡”持有人。作为学习计划一部分的Co－op工作或其他工作经历不能算做工作时间。

BC省的全职工作是３０小时／周。

If you are considering applying under the Entry Level and Semi Skilled program then you must have completed 9 months of consecutive full-time work prior to applying to the BC PNP. This work can be conducted under an open ‘working holiday’ work permit but cannot have been conducted under a ‘co-op’ or ‘work integral to program of study’ work permit.

Full-time in B.C. is 30 hours or more per week.
