Centralization of Temporary Foreign Worker Units in Toronto, Ontario and Montréal, Québec

2012年6月13日， 加拿大移民部宣布关停并转Vancouver, Calgary, and Moncton的外籍劳工审核组Temporary Foreign Worker Units (TFWUs)办公室，工作转移至多伦多和蒙特利尔办公室。这是移民部改革措施的一部分，目的是节约成本和提高效率。多伦多和蒙特利尔办公室将成为雇主或代理的唯一联系途径。

多伦多TFWUs办公室负责Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut区域的雇主. 蒙特利尔TFWUs办公室负责Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador区域的雇主.

移民部的外籍劳工审核组只负责审核 LMO或评估豁免项目，劳工应是来自签证豁免的国家。
