2012年7月31日起 启用新的更改条件和延期居留申请表

Remain in Canada as a Worker [IMM 5710]

旧版[IMM 1249]申请表 使用截止日期是 2012年11月1日
Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or
Remain in Canada [IMM 1249] will still be accepted,
but only until November 1st, 2012

2012年5月29日起，境内小签 或 临时居留签证 可在
Case Processing Pilot Office in Ottawa (CPP‑O)

身在加拿大的临时访问签证持有人：

  1. 延期居留extend their stay;
  2. 更改条件change the conditions of their stay;
  3. 更改身份change their type of temporary status; or
  4. 修正错误correct problems with their status.

请务必在身份过期前申请。
