  1. Document Requirements for Assessment to qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC):
      1. Secondary Education
        1. Credentials Reports from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) for all Graduation Certificates (所有获得的毕业证书) and Transcripts of Academic Record (both Chinese and English versions, if applicable) for all years of study (所有中英文各年级成绩单). All reports should be sent directly from CDGDC to CES. Please contact CDGDC for more information at:

    1. Post-secondary Education
      1.           • 本科毕业证书和学士学位证书 (包括封面) (Graduation Certificate and Degree Certificate, including the cover)and
          • 本科各年级成绩单 (Transcript of academic record for all years of study)
        3. 专升本毕业生 (Zhuanke-to-Benke Upgrading graduates):
          • 专科毕业证书 (包括封面) (Zhuanke Graduation Certificate, including the cover)and专科各年级成绩单 (Transcript of academic record for all years of study)

    • You may follow the above document requirements regarding CDGDC reports. If you already have the Credential Reports from CDGDC, please submit them with your application.
    • If you choose the following steps below, CES will send copies of all your documents to your previous institution for verification.

Remarks:

  • Please note that a notarized translation done by a notary public in China is acceptable.
  • If you did not receive the graduation certificate or a certificate of completion for your Master’s degree obtained through Comparable Educational Competence (同等学力), please enclose a letter of explanation.
