【嘉和国际】为了让我们的客人更加清楚了解现有的BCPNP企业家移民项目与新发布的BCPNP区域投资试点项目的区别，提供了两类项目的比肩对照表（Neck to Neck Comparison ）。
新的BCPNP企业家区域投资试点项目设置英语入列门槛，是为了鼓励有活力的年轻企业家深入基层，扎根社区，融入当地，因而大范围降低个人净资产和投资需求。因为对英文没有要求，没有英语能力的中国企业家还可以考虑申请V1.0版企业家投资移民。
通过下面的BCPNP项目要求对比表：BCPNP计分对比表，可以更深入地了解两个项目的异同和侧重点。
BCPNP的申请流程采用的是EOI系统（Express of Interest 意愿表达），不是先到先审，而是预审预约制，筛选合格者，择优录取。
申请人必须先在线注册，由BCPNP根据不同因素，对申请人提供的注册信息打分，总分200分。分数达到邀请分数线后，即获BCPNP正式邀请申请BCPNP，成为正式候选人。下列是分数评估的说明（个人资质部分＋商业投资概念部分）。
