
Tips指南: 加拿大公民入籍申请 法官面试问题参考材料
提示:
- 入籍面试实际是身份验证,人品验证,材料验证,确认与之前递交的是否一致,例如目前职业,地址电话有没有变动,有没有出境过之类的
- 英语半路出家的,英语表达有问题的,还是要写好剧本,多准备多练习
- 面试一般5分钟-45分钟,由移民部法官或面试官主持
- 面试一般不当面告知通过与否,结果由移民法官裁定。一般要等2-5个月的通知,并告知宣誓日期和地点
- 携带各种证件及登陆纸/Landing Paper (务必提供原件)
在收到入籍考试的通知信后,一定要了解入籍考试的详细规则。
当日要随身携带的文件:
1. 移民纸(Record of Landing〔IMM 1000〕或枫叶卡)
2. 附有相片(最好有签名)的2张证件,如驾照(Driver’s License)丶医保卡(Health Card)
3. 护照及旅行证件
4. 身份证明文件正本(如出生纸/公证等)
5. Notice Letter(考试前会再次收到提醒邮件告知时间和地点,附件中)
在考官是根据你的申请表上填的内容 和 你现场谈出来的情况确定她/他要了解的内容。主要拷问你的经历、性格、人品,未来理想、来加拿大的原因、入籍的动机
了解所有家庭成员的生活状态:
- 你在干什么?住在哪里?你工作状态,你太太工作状态?靠什么生活?银行存款?
- 家庭成员在加拿大吗?在加拿大的身份?公民/PR永久居民吗?
- 你经常回国吗?去过美国吗?出境多吗?去过哪里?干什么去了?
- 国内的亲属有来过吗?如果不来,他们对加拿大或对你是不是有偏见?还是关系是不是有问题?
- 学习英文了吗? 在哪里学的?现在达到什么水平?
- 孩子几岁?在什么学校读书?几年级?
- 开车来的?还是坐公交?
- 是否公民入籍公民入籍和警察,移民部,海关有过节?是否被抓、被关、被勒令离境等?
- 公民的权利和义务?
- 纳税记录?
