对于境内的难民申请人，可以携带申请材料到移民部IRCC地方办公室，直接提交。
加拿大境内的临时办公室一般提供下列服务：
加拿大公民宣誓 citizenship ceremonies
- 加拿大公民考试 （citizenship tests）
- 加拿大公民面试 （citizenship interviews ，hearings with a citizenship judge or interviews with a citizenship officer)
- 加拿大公民宣誓 citizenship ceremonies, and
- 加拿大移民面试/枫叶卡领取 （immigration interviews ，including Permanent Resident -PR- Card distribution).
