使用此申请表，申请重新领取移民局认证的移民文件的副本，或更换有错误，被丢失，被盗，被损毁的加拿大移民当局签发的文件。

  • 访客记录 / Visitor Record 【IMM 1097】
  • 工作许可 / Work Permit 【IMM 1102】
  • 学习许可 / Study Permit 【IMM 1208】
  • 豁免令 / Exclusion Order 【IMM 1214】
  • 递解令 / Deportation Order 【IMM 1215】
  • 离境令/Departure Order 【IMM 5238】
  • 加拿大入境许可或逗留许可/Permit to Come into or Remain in Canada 【IMM 1263】
  • 授权返回加拿大 根据《移民和难民保护法 52（1）》  / Authorization to Return to Canada Pursuant to Sec. 52 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act 【IMM 1203】
