技术移民：详解加拿大职业分类和技能水平系统 NOC的O,A,B职业类别

NOC 将加拿大以下10类职业的技能水平（SKILL LEVEL）分为 4 级：

B 需要大专以上学历或技校，或学徒训练 Occupations usually require college or vocational education or apprenticeship training.	2 or 3	2-3年专后教育，社区学院，技校，魁北克技术院校 Two to three years of post-secondary education at a community college, institute of technology or CEGEP or 或 2-5年的学徒训练 Two to five years of apprenticeship training or 或 3-4年的高中，2年以上的在职培训，特殊训练课程 或 特殊工作经历 Three to four years of secondary school and more than two years of on-the-job training, specialized training courses or specific work experience. 在医疗/保安系统负有监管责任，属于B类的救火员，警察，注册护士 Occupations with supervisory responsibilities and occupations with significant health and safety responsibilities, such as firefighters, police officers and registered nursing assistants are all assigned the Skill Level B.
C 职业需要中学和/或特殊的职业培训 Occupations usually require secondary school and/or occupation-specific training.	4 or 5	1-4年中学教育 One to four years of secondary school education or 最多2年在职培训，特殊训练课程 或 特殊工作经历 Up to two years of on-the-job training, specialized training courses or specific work experience.

技术移民职业分类简述/Classification Structure by Skill Type

加拿大职业分类系统NOC（National Occupation classification）是按照类别对职业进行划分，加拿大将所有职业共分为一下10大类：

1. 0 管理职业（0 MANAGEMENT OCCUPATIONS）
2. 1 商业，财务和行政职业（1 BUSINESS, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OCCUPATIONS）
3. 2 自然和应用科学相关职业（2 NATURAL AND APPLIED SCIENCES AND RELATED OCCUPATIONS ）
4. 3 卫生行业（3 HEALTH OCCUPATIONS)
5. 4 社会科学，教育，政府服务和宗教职业（4 OCCUPATIONS IN SOCIAL SCIENCE, EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT SERVICE AND RELIGION）
6. 5 艺术，文化，娱乐和体育行业（5 OCCUPATIONS IN ART, CULTURE, RECREATION AND SPORT）
7. 6 销售和服务行业（6 SALES AND SERVICE OCCUPATIONS）
8. 7 技工，运输和设备操作相关职业（7 TRADES, TRANSPORT AND EQUIPMENT OPERATORS AND RELATED OCCUPATIONS）
9. 8 第一产业（8 OCCUPATIONS UNIQUE TO PRIMARY INDUSTRY）
10. 9 加工，制造和公用事业行业（9 OCCUPATIONS UNIQUE TO PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING AND UTILITIES）

其中 0类，和A，B等级的职业是技术移民的移民职业，C，D 类职业不能申请加拿大术移民。不论是申请加拿大联邦技术移民、魁省技术移民、还是各省的省提名技术移民，NOC 都是职业定位的根据。

加拿大联邦技术移民规定，工作方面加拿大技术移民申请人必须具备：

1：必须有至少 1 年的符合当前29项优先职业的全职工作经验；
2：职业必须在 NOC Skill Type 0， or Skill Level A or B 的列表中；
3：必须在过去的 10 年中有此相关的工作经验。
