第一产业产业包括：林业和伐木业、采矿和采石业、石油和天然气钻探业、生产和维修业务以及商业捕鱼业，加拿大第一产业产品经理（农业除外）就是这些加拿大第一产业主管。他们的主要职责就是对产业的运营情况进行企划、组织、领导、控制并评估。 This unit group includes managers who plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of establishments in the following primary industries: forestry and logging, mining and quarrying, oil and gas drilling, production and servicing operations, and commercial fishing.

2011年7月1日新政后加拿大联邦 技术移民申请条件与2010年6月26日政策基本一致，只是紧缺职业 大幅缩减为29大类 或者持有AEO （Arranged Employment Opinion）的申请人才可以申请，紧缺职业类的配额比2010年6月26日时的政策缩减了一半。另外2011年11月5日加拿大移民部又新增了境内的PHD申请类别，PHD类的年度申请配额为1000人。

部长说，目前有许多住家护理人员已经履行完了工作职责，但是仍旧住在雇主家里，等待永久居住权的审核。这是为什么我们决定在他们工作完成并且已经提交了永久居留权的申请之后给他们签发open work permits的原因。

BC Wood is a not-for-profit trade association that has represented British Columbia’s value-added wood products industry for over 20 years.
