国（境）外学历学位认证的主要内容：
　　1. 鉴别国（境）外学历学位证书或高等教育文凭颁发机构的合法性；
　　2. 甄别国（境）外大学或其他高等教育机构颁发的学历学位证书，或具有学位效用的高等教育文凭的真实性；
　　3. 对国（境）外学历学位与我国学历学位的对应关系提出认证咨询意见；
　　4. 为通过认证评估的国（境）外学历学位证书或高等教育文凭出具书面认证证明（简称“认证书”）。

1．国（境）外学历学位认证书的用途是什么？
经国务院学位委员会和教育部批准，我中心是国内唯一一家从事国（境）外学历学位认证的专业性机构。我中心出具的国（境）外学历学位认证书因其权威性和准确性，已经得到了社会各界的普遍认可，成为留学回国人员升学、就业和参加各类专业资格考试的有效证明。

2．国（境）外学历学位认证是否为强制性要求？
国（境）外学历学位认证是申请者的自愿行为，不具强制性。

经国务院学位委员会和国家教育部同意，教育部留学服务中心面向全国开展对国（境）外学历学位证书和高等教育文凭的认证服务。学历认证工作旨在落实中国政府的留学政策，促进教育国际交流，履行中国在有关国际公约和双边（多边）协议中应承担的义务；同时，也为了满足国（境）外学历学位证书、高等教育文凭获得者在中国升学、就业及参加各类专业资格考试等实际需求；并为中国境内用人和招生单位鉴别国（境）外学历学位证书及高等教育文凭提供依据和相关咨询意见。

教育程度加分是加拿大联邦技术移民评分的重要组成部分，技术移民申请者最高可以获取 25 分的加分，占了全部加拿大技术移民评分标准的四分之一（总分 100 分）。

技术移民教育加分的评分标准包括学历（文凭）和教育年限等方面，对于教育类型可以分为全日制和非全日制。

对于全日制教育，一般可以认为是脱产教育，一周最少15个课时以上,这些学时可以包括实验和实习。

对于非全日制教育，一般需要折合成相应的全日制教育，通常是按学时计算。

7372 加拿大钻探工人和爆破员职责概述

They are employed by mining, quarrying and construction companies and by drilling and blasting contractors.

7371 加拿大起重机操作员职责概述

起重机操作员负责操作起重机或拉铲挖土机，以升高、移动和定位机器设备，还负责操作及建筑工业用地、港口、铁道、地表采矿和其它类似地方的大型设备。他们受雇于建筑业、工业、采矿业、货物搬运及装卸业和铁路公司。Crane operators operate cranes or draglines to lift, move, position or place machinery, equipment and other large objects at construction or industrial sites,ports, railway yards, surface mines and other similar locations. They are employed by construction, industrial, mining, cargo handling and railway companies.

7312 加拿大重型机械设备技工职责概述

重型机械设备技工负责维修、排查、调整、检修和维护移动重型设备，这些设备主要用于建筑、交通、林矿业、石油天然气业、物料搬运、环境美化、场地清理、农业以及类似的相关行业。他们受雇于拥有和经营重型设备的公司、重型设备经销商、租赁和服务机构、铁路运输企业和城市轨道交通系统。 Heavy-duty equipment mechanics repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment used in construction, transportation, forestry, mining, oil and gas, material handling, landscaping, land clearing, farming and similar activities. They are employed by companies which own and operate heavy equipment, and by heavy equipment dealers,rental and service establishments, and railway transport companies and urban transit systems.

7265 加拿大电焊工和相关行业机械设备操作员职责概述

They are employed by companies that manufacture structural steel and platework, boilers, heavy machinery, aircraft and ships and other metal products,and by welding contractors and welding shops, or they may be self-employed.

7251 加拿大管道工职责概述-FLYabroad

管道工负责安装、维修和维护住宅、商业和工业建筑内用于供水和污水处理系统的管道、灯具和其它水管设备。他们受雇于工厂、厂房和类似机构的维护部门，直接受雇于管道承包商或者自雇。Plumbers install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.They are employed in maintenance departments of factories, plants and similar establishments, by plumbing contractors, or they may be self-employed.

7242 加拿大工业电工职责概述

工业电工负责安装、维护、检测、诊断和修复工业电气设备及相关的电器和电子控制装置。他们主要受雇于电业承包商和工厂、厂房、矿山、船厂和其它工业单位的维修部门。 Industrial electricians install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls. They are employed by electrical contractors and maintenance departments of factories, plants, mines, shipyards and other industrial establishments.
